ABOUT ME

I’m a service and experience designer helping companies and government departments understand and align on the right problems to solve, identify key leverage points, build strategies for impactful change, ideate, design and test implementations to solve business and user problems.

I facilitate success by utilising Design Thinking, Systems Design and Innovation methodologies. I regularly lead and collaborate in cross-functional, cross-departmental teams to deliver service and product optimisations and CX transformations. 

I bring with me a curiosity for how technology can make people’s lives better, or at least a bit easier, through simple and effective design; a pragmatic and rational approach to problem-solving; and a desire to get involved and create things.
